Eileen M Mcann, RDH, BS

Dental Hygienist

Eileen graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She also has an associate’s degree in Applied Science with a major in Dental Hygiene from SUNY Farmingdale. Eileen is our Dental Hygienist and has been with us since 2002. She enjoys Pediatric Dentistry & serving children from their first dental visit throughout their school years, college and commencing into their adult lives. She lives in Allendale, New Jersey and she partakes in activities like hiking, gardening, cooking & baking, volunteering and taking care of her beautiful grandkids.

Latoya Bradley

Dental Assistant

Latoya Bradley is a graduate of the Fortis Institute Dental Assistant program and is currently studying at Bergen Community College for Dental Hygiene.

Latoya serves as our Dental Assistant, a position which she held for over eighteen years. In ten of those eighteen years, she has specialized in pediatric dentistry. She continues to find joy and satisfaction in comforting children, and making their first dental experience a positive one.

Currently, she is resides in Bergen County and lives with her husband and daughter.

Taryn Frappolli

Office Manager

Taryn is our office manager. Taryn started her career as well as her love of dentistry 13 years ago as a dental assistant. During her time as a dental assistant, she developed a passion for communicating with families. This led her to start working at the front desk and later becoming the office manager over 11 years ago. Taryn currently resides in Mahwah with her husband and two wonderful children. In her spare time, she loves spending time with friends and family and enjoys being outdoors. 

Sneha Varghese

Front Desk/Dental Assistant

Sneha Varghese is an undergraduate student at Rutgers University – New Brunswick. She majors in Cell Biology & Neuroscience and minors in Business Administration and is on a Pre-Dental track.

Sneha serves as the Front Desk and Dental Assistant for us at Sunny Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. She is thankful for the opportunity to learn and work with such a supportive group of individuals and hopes to one day work in the field of dentistry like her co-workers.

In her free time, Sneha enjoys singing, baking, and spending time with her friends & family.
